Todd is from the City of Tracy Shelter. He is a 9 year old, male, black and tan, German Shepherd.
We want to find this dog a foster that can work with him to become a better version of himself.

Todd was seen running stray for several weeks and was finally contained in the back yard of a citizen. He was very fearful, but has made leaps and bounds in his behavior and now seeks the attention of staff members. We are now able to walk him on a leash, run with him, and even get some play response from him. We have not fully tested him with other dogs as of yet, but we are concentrating on building his trust and acclimating him to his new environment to get an accurate reading. Todd has not been tested with other dogs.
