Sweet boy (Tiger) found by a lake, needs a forever home

Tiger (non-official name) is a male, under 2 years old. Found by a lake, most likely dumped. Weight: ~58 lbs. when found (emaciated), gained a few pounds since. Temperament: He is friendly towards people. Sweet and curious. Eager to please. He is still very much a puppy and it’s clear he wants to be around people and has some anxiety from being left/neglected. Takes time to warm up to dogs, but I haven’t allowed my dogs to mingle openly with him as they aren’t very dog-friendly. He will chase cats and chickens. I am helping him work through his triggers, such as seeing people walk near the house, but he hasn’t shown any reactivity upon meeting people, just excitement and friendliness. He is also potty trained and knows “Sit” from whoever had him before.
