We have a beautiful 1 year old Siberian husky mix named Stella. She is Brown and white with gorgeous bi-color eyes. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.
Stella is a wonderful dog. She loves her people more than anything. She is very snuggly with people she knows. She’s that dog that greets you with a full body wag and windmill tail.
Stella is an active dog. She loves to chase toys, tennis balls, and going on long sniffari walks. She is calm in the car and loves to stick her head out the window to smell the world. While she does play a lot, she also naps a lot. She likes to relax as much as she likes to run and play.
Stella is a smart dog and knows many cues really well: sit, up/down, off, spin, paws up, wait and load up. She knows others to a lesser degree, including come and stay.
The best place for Stella would be a low-traffic home with a fenced yard. A single unit family, couple or individual would be best. She would likely succeed best in a home without young children or one with calm, respectful older children.
We think Stella is a special and sweet dog, Stella does however have some special needs. She is an anxious pup, with some slight reactivity towards strangers (only barking when they are in her territory “back yard”). She also has some leash reactivity to dogs, we believe this has come about because she was nipped by another dog when she was younger and we have done everything we can to get her to a more comfortable state around other dogs.
Here are some photos and videos to show what a happy dog Stella can be: https://photos.app.goo.gl/ymdX51b14TmAeKf86
