I recently took in this sweet boy from someone who needed to surrender him. He’s just about a year old and I assume is some sort of shepherd mix. My plan is to foster him and get him ready for a family. I have a neuter and vaccination appointment in Klamath Falls booked at the beginning of May that I will be covering and would love for him to have found his family to go home to after that!
He’s doing really well with my 3-year-old husky and in his previous home I know he was living with another dog and several cats. I think he’d do well with an animal companion to help him transition and feel like part of a family.
He does have some issues with separation anxiety so a home where someone is home a lot or there are a few people coming and going would be best. He loves to be out and about, joining us on hikes and adventures and is doing well on his leash training. When you’re home with him he will want to be either following you around or cuddled up with you.
