Huskies can run long distances on very little food, without getting tired. This is because, after running for a while, their metabolism changes. Somehow they are able to reserve their energy stores and keep on running anyway! When they can finally rest, their metabolism reverts to “normal” after about 24 hours. Don’t you wish you could that?!
