Who says a girl can’t be both smart and pretty? Panama is both in spades! This lovely gal came to us from the county shelter, so we don’t know much about her past. What we do know is that she’ll make an incredible companion for an active family. Friendly, smart, attentive, highly trainable, willing to please, and dog social–what more could you possibly ask?
Panama is still young and like many pointer mixes, she’s got plenty of energy. We love her playful exuberance–and we also love how quickly she responds to positive reinforcement. She walks beautifully on leash and loves to work for treats and praise! She already knows Sit, Down, and Shake and will do just about anything you ask. Panama would excel in obedience, agility, or even as a hunting companion. She loves to be with people and has been known to bounce over fences to find her favorite humans. She’ll need a securely fenced yard to keep her safe and would be happiest with a doggy pal to keep her company. This social gal gets along with just about every dog she’s met here at the Ranch. Dog park anyone? She’s gentle and loving and would likely thrive in a family with kids.
