Pablo is a gentle soul who craves contact and affection. He came to us from a hoarding case where he didn’t receive the socialization he needed when he was young. Fortunately his natural affection and intelligence have helped him make up lost ground. He’s like a beautiful flower waiting for the right environment to blossom. His big accomplishment so far is learning to walk on leash, which he now does beautifully. He’s observant and wants to please, so given time, patience, and plenty of reassurance we have no doubt he can learn more. Like many pitties, Pablo enjoys contact and soaks up affection like a sponge. Gain his confidence and he’ll soon come up to you for gentle pets and reassurance.
