Papaya is a bright, peppy, vivacious young lady who would do well in just about any family. She was raised through our puppy program more than a year ago and is the only pup in her litter still looking for a home. We can hardly believe it’s taking her this long! Papaya is a naturally confident, cheerful lass. She’s had every opportunity to socialize with other dogs here at the Ranch and she loves to roughhouse with other outgoing pups. She’d fit well into a multi-dog family, but she’d also enjoy being the apple of someone’s eye. She’s quick to warm up to new humans, soaks up attention, and is very eager to explore the world. Like her momma Mango, she has a sunny, easy-going personality. She still has lots of puppy energy, but she knows how to walk on leash. She’ll Sit for treats and her dinner and we have no doubt that given the chance, she will learn further cues without difficulty.
