Nova is patient and mellow, happy to just go with the flow. She’s docile with all but prefers hanging out with those she knows and trusts. She’s a cuddler, too, and will crawl into your lap when she needs reassurance! Nova has a moderate energy level perfect for outdoor adventures like hikes and jogs. But she’s a sensitive lass who prefers to stay on the sidelines when it comes to big crowds. She rides calmly in a car and her medium size is perfect for traveling.
Nova walks well on leash and knows her basic obedience. She’s smart and eager to please, which makes her easy to train. She’s trained with several other dogs on a canicross team, and would make a lovely running partner for the active adopter. But she’d be just as happy to join her human for calm walks around the neighborhood. She’s tolerant and easy-going around other pups and would do well in a multi-dog family. Older kids who know how to be calm should be just fine.
