Sassy Khloe is a country gal through and through! This laid-back hound is all about sun, fun, and good vibes. Sadly, she’s been waiting for over 3 years for a family of her own. Khloe is an affectionate gal, though it takes her a minute to warm up to new faces. She’s an excellent watchdog, but with just a little encouragement she soon accepts new friends. And once she knows you, she’s all in! She’s a sucker for booty scratches and head rubs, and when she’s feeling frisky, fetch is her go-to game. She also enjoys splashing in the water and on a hot day she’ll cool off by climbing right into the water trough.
Like any self-respecting hound, Khloe loves to talk. She has that classic houndy woof and is always ready to pass along every item of neighborhood news. She’s a good-natured gal who responds to basic cues like Sit–as long as you’re patient! Khloe is leash-trained, house-trained, crate-trained, and rides nicely in the car. She’s tolerant with other dogs and gets along well with males who allow her to be the boss. She’ll make a wonderful, easy-going house dog–the sort to be perfectly happy hanging out nearby while you relax. Plus she’s always up for an adventure and will gladly join you for a stroll to the park, a walk downtown, a trip to the river, or on a hike through the woods.
