With her golden fur and sugar cookie disposition, we honestly have no idea why she’s still waiting for a forever home. If you love your dogs big and gentle, you do not want to miss this lovely lass.
Jenna has a fantastic temperament: calm, mellow, patient, and very easy going. True to her guardian breed heritage, she would make an excellent watchdog–but she’s also eager to enjoy all the comforts of family life. Jenna has a gentle spirit and an adaptable personality. She’s still gaining self-confidence and can be timid in new situations. With patient guidance we’re confident she will blossom into an all-around fantastic family dog. She’s got a great start: she’s already house-trained, walks nicely on leash, knows her basics, and rides quietly in the car.
Jenna might make an excellent ranch dog but supervision is recommended around small animals. She’s been introduced to poultry and cats in a foster home and did well on leash. She gets along beautifully with other dogs as long as they don’t come between her and her food (who can blame her?). Jenna would enjoy having a canine companion to hang out with but could also shine as your one and only.
