Lizzie greets everyone with a happy grin and a stubby tail wag. You’d never guess she’s been through so much in her life, coming to Rescue Ranch by way of a municipal shelter where she delivered a litter of puppies. Thank goodness she was rescued in the nick of time! All Lizzie wants is a comfortable home and a couple of humans to dote on and supervise. She’s gentle and well-behaved, affectionate without being clingy. And did we mention she’s smart? Lizzie already knows Sit, Down, Roll Over, and Paw and loves to show off her tricks. She walks beautifully on leash and her moderate energy level is perfect for neighborhood strolls. She even gets along well with other dogs.
