Just 5 months old, sweet Jiminy has spent almost his entire life in a shelter. This lovable pup has been rather lost in the crowd of puppies here at the Ranch. Our amazing staff and volunteers have given Jiminy a strong foundation, which wasn’t at all difficult. This sweet-natured boy is eager to learn and loves to please. He’ll do anything to make his handlers smile! So far, he’s learning to walk gently on leash, Sit for treats, be calm in busy environments, and watch his handler closely for cues. Jiminy loves his training and soaks up the attention like a sponge. Surprisingly low-key for such a young pup, Jiminy greets new friends with a softly wagging tail and happily offers kisses. He’s peaceful with other dogs, plays well with pups his own age, and would be a great choice for anyone who wants a companion for downtown strolls or visits to the dog park. He’d thrive in a family with children to play with–and another pup would be a plus!
