This stunning, compact little mystery mix has so much to offer a forever family! Adorable Delta grew up in our puppy program last fall. Somehow, she’s been passed over by potential adopters time after time. The upshot is that she’s spent the last eight months in our shelter and hasn’t yet expanded her bubble. She’s like a lovely gift that is still waiting to be unwrapped. Given a little time and guidance, she’ll make a wonderful companion. All she needs is a quiet home with a patient family.
Alert, watchful, and sensitive, Delta prefers to keep her family circle small. She’s very affectionate with people she knows and trusts but cautious around new folks. She’ll thrive in a low-key, quiet family that will help her continue to gain confidence and learn about the wider world. Delta will be happiest with adults or teens but might accept older children who know how to be calm and give her space. She walks on leash and enjoys the company of other dogs. Like all puppies, she loves to play and goof around with her toys. We think she’ll be happiest in a home with another confident dog to help show her how wonderful life can be.
