I (Dobby) believed that the perfect people would find me. I promised to never disclose how I was abandoned on the streets of a California town. I found my way to Rescue Ranch in Yreka CA. They had to fluff me up and tend to some of my medical and grooming needs. I did find a home that wanted me. It just didn’t work out so back to Rescue Ranch I went.
Sylvia’s story: Our precious Sprout had died about 18 months ago. We had always been a 2 dog family. I believe the right dog will find you. We had been looking for about 4 months and nothing felt right. I registered with Pet Finder. They said there was a dog matching my criteria at Rescue Ranch. We drove down to inquire about Nickel. We were told someone had looked at him yesterday but it was late in the day and they had not returned. We went to the kennel to meet him. We took him home on Halloween. He is such a blessing for our family.
