Molly, our darling senior St Bernard, was the most recent and 32nd high-cost medical case this year when we launched the Kitu’s Fund 2023 campaign earlier in the month. Then, last week, Noble became out 33rd case. His heart-wrenching story is the subject of this week’s article. No dog or animal lover would argue that we should have left Molly in constant pain or Noble to die, that Tucker’s leg shouldn’t have been set, that Benny’s cancer shouldn’t have been removed, that Cleo shouldn’t be living her best life, and the list goes on.
