Lovely Ronnie is a favorite with our Sanctuary crew for her gentle temper and low-key personality. Yes, it takes a little time and patience to earn her trust. But oh boy is it worth it once you do. Ronnie didn’t get the socialization that is so critical for young puppies, so it’s been an uphill road for her to grow her confidence around humans. She’s come such a long way and we’re confident she’ll make a wonderful companion for the right home. Ronnie walks on leash, can sleep in a crate, and rides quietly in the car. She would be happy as a clam on a securely-fenced property where she can protect the perimeter and choose her moments for enjoying human companionship. She feels safest around other dogs so we recommend she find a home with a pup to keep her company.
