Handsome Oscar is anything but a grouch! This joyful pooch may have had a rough beginning, but he’s put it behind him and is ready to enjoy the good life. Oscar loves to romp and play. Fetch, tug-of-war, tag, you name it: whenever there’s a game afoot, Oscar is all in. When the humans are busy, he’ll even throw a toy for himself. He’s a social lad who gets along especially well with female dogs. He’d love to find a family with another dog to play with. Don’t let his goofy side fool you: Oscar is also quite smart and loves to learn. He walks well on leash (he needs reminders not to pull) and knows Sit and Wait. Oscar had some rough experiences before he came to us that ultimately resulted in loss of vision in his right eye. Understandably, he can be cautious with new folks. But once he warms up his sunny personality comes shining through. Please note: Oscar is not a fan of children and will need an adult-only home.
