I adopted Yuri (aka Butch Cassidy), on Super Bowl Sunday of 2024. During that time in my life my husband and I were separated, and I was in a state of desolation. My daughter and I drove up to the Ranch with the intention of adopting another dog, however for a couple different reasons that didn’t work out. We did however get to meet “Butch Cassidy.” We instantly bonded and less than 24 hours later, our Yuri was home with us. He brought happiness into our home, gave myself a sense of security while teaching my daughter some responsibility. My husband and I are back together, our family intact and healthier than ever before. In my heart I know Yuri had his part to play in our happy ending.
