Help this girl, Birthday

Birthday is a very sweet girl and probably weighs about 50 pounds. Loves attention and especially belly rubs and kisses. She has gotten along with most of the dogs she has met although there has not been very many. NOT good with chickens or ducks and probably not with cats? She got into a fight with the elderly owner’s other dog over a squirrel and now he wants nothing to do with her. She is being kept locked up in a bedroom on a chain. She is looking for a person or family who will love her and let her be a part of their family. This type of dog needs to run so best if there was lots of room for her or someone who will play with her ALOT. I am posting this for my neighbor who is just not able to care for her properly. Please help this beautiful dog. With a little patience and training she could be a wonderful addition to somebody’s home.
