Koda is a wonderful all-around dog. He likes just about everyone he meets and loves being with people. He came to the Ranch via the city pound, so we don’t really know anything about his past. Based on what we’ve seen of him in foster and at the Ranch, we think he would make an absolutely fantastic family dog.
Koda is smart, sociable, and eager to please. He walks well on leash, though he can use occasional reminders to not pull. He already knows how to “Sit” and will even “Shake” for treats! The family that fostered him reported that he gets along very well with other easy-going dogs. He even liked their cats! He is gentle with children and loves just about everyone he meets.
Like most huskies, Koda would make a fantastic companion for the adventurous adopter! He’d love to join you on walks and hikes in the great outdoors and might even go in for a swim as well.
