What is TAP: TAP, or “Transfer To Adopt” is a program started by Rescue Ranch Yreka to help dogs from around California get adopted in other parts of the Pacific Coast. We post dogs that our partners would like to help get adopted in our area or other areas. Once they are adopted by you, the public, the transport partner will transport them to our facility.
