They’d love to hear a story or two! \nKids of all ages are invited to relax in a calm environment with our peaceful pups for company. Children can choose a book at the library or bring along their own from home. Picture books are a favorite with little ones (and dogs don’t care if the stories are read or created). DESCRIPTION:Join us for sun\, fun & puppy paws at\n  \nYouth Training Team Camp!\n  \n🌞 Looking for an inspiring summer project? Want to get hands-on with our rescue dogs? We have the perfect opportunity for youths age 8 through 18. This June\, our partner Meghan’s House Rescue is hosting a very special summer Youth Training Team Camp at the Rescue Ranch Adoption Center! \nYouth Training Team Camp runs Monday through Saturday\, June 15 – 20. A special graduation ceremony and adoption event will take place on the final day. Youths will: \n\nWork hands-on with rescue dogs\nPractice dog training techniques\nLearn effective communication\nDemonstrate leadership skills\nGain confidence\nHelp shy and unruly pups become more adoptable\nDemonstrate their dogs’ skills for a supportive audience\nPresent rescue dogs to potential adopters\n\n\n\n\nThis camp will raise funds for a very special cause. Mama Sugar is a nanny dog extraordinaire\, watching over dozens of puppies who are waiting for forever homes. Last winter Sugar tore her right ACL\, requiring immediate surgery. Camp registration fees go directly towards covering Sugar’s medical costs!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \n🗓️ Schedule: Morning session is 9 AM – 11 AM. Afternoon session is 12 PM – 2 PM. For double the fun\, bring a lunch and stay for both! Graduation day adoption event is 12 PM – 3 PM. \n💲 Cost: $125 per child for one session; $250 per child for both. \n💻 Parents may register online. Register early to reserve your spot! \n📞 Questions?
