Izzy has been here at the Ranch all summer long, hoping to find her forever family. She came to us with her brother Iggy when she was about four months old. Since then, she’s grown up into a fantastic dog who will fit into pretty much any family. Could that be you? Read on!
Izzy is friendly, gentle, loving, playful, and eager to enjoy the world. At seven months old she’s just a goofy teen who loves to meet new friends. She socializes well with other dogs and would likely do well in a family with another dog or two. Here at the Ranch she’s met a variety of dogs and puppies and done well with them all.
At heart, though, Izzy is a people-pleaser. She’d be delighted to find an active family who will bring her along for outdoor adventures like long hikes and camping trips! She knows how to walk on leash and “Sit” for treats. With practice, she’ll learn other obedience cues as well. At the very least she needs a large yard where she can run and play, but a ranch or some acreage to explore would be amazing! When she’s not chasing balls or playing with her friends, Izzy would love to join you indoors for some snuggles and belly rubs.
